*$290 adults (ages 14 and up) $100 children (ages under 14)
*$290 exam includes I-693 form, USCIS blood tests: (RPR) for Syphilis, gonorrhea and new Tuberculosis test (as of October 1st, 2018)
Vaccines are not included.
Applicants who require vaccinations, please read the following new USCIS vaccination requirements by age group and additional cost for each vaccine administration.
Ages 14-39
Vaccines: MMR (Measles,Mumps, Rubella) $120, Tetanus/Diphtheria $60,
Full exam with USCIS mandatory blood tests and all vaccination injections for this age group is $470.
Mandatory FLU vaccination from Oct 1 to March 31 must add $ 30
Ages 40 and up
Vaccines: Tetanus/Diphtheria $ 60.
Full exam with USCIS mandatory blood tests and all vaccinations for this age group is $350.

Children under 14
Full exam-$100
Mandatory FLU vaccination from Oct 1 to March 31 add $ 30
Must bring vaccination records from their pediatrician.
Pregnant women must bring proof of pregnancy from their OBGYN doctor to avoid all or some vaccinations.
All results will be ready within 3 business days. We will provide you with a copy of the I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record in a sealed envelope and a copy for your records. You do not have to bring your own.
No appointment necessary.
