*$290 adults (ages 14 and up) $100 children (ages under 14)
*$290 exam includes I-693 form, required blood test: (RPR) for Syphilis, new Tuberculosis Test (as of October 1st, 2018), and test for Gonorrhea
Vaccines are not included.
Applicants who require vaccinations, please read the following new USCIS vaccination requirements by age group and additional cost for each vaccine administration.
Ages 14-41
Vaccines :MMR (Measles,Mumps, Rubella) $100, Tetanus/Diphtheria $50,
Full exam with USCIS mandatory blood tests and all vaccinations for this age group is $440.
Mandatory FLU vaccination from Oct 1 to March 31 add $ 30
Ages 41 and up
Vaccines: Tetanus/Diphtheria $ 50.
Full exam with with USCIS mandatory blood tests and all vaccinations for this age group is $340.

Must bring vaccination records from their pediatrician.
Pregnant women must bring proof of pregnancy from their OB/GYN doctor to avoid all or some vaccinations.
All results will be ready within 3 business days. We will provide you with a copy of the I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record in a sealed envelope and a copy for your records. You do not have to bring your own.
No appointment necessary.
